Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Items marked as "pre-order" or "made to order" are shipped once production is complete. These items are processed and shipped separately and will not be combined with ready-to-ship products. This may result in multiple shipments and extended delivery times.

Shipping Information

Tracking details will be sent by email once your order ships.

Please allow up to one business day for the tracking to activate.

Responsibility transfers to you upon confirmed delivery.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping.

We ship worldwide*. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Ukraine, where they are produced in-house.

Shipments are sent via postal services, declared as gifts, and typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Pterowear is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

Orders can be modified or canceled before they are packed or shipped.

Pterowear accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Only one payment method per order. Any payment disputes must be resolved directly with the provider.

Returns

All sales are final.

Exchanges are only possible in the rare case of a shipping error or a manufacturing defect. These occurrences are extremely uncommon.
